HOW DO OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

Simple. Select your package, answer the Style Survey questions (on the product page, just before you click 'add to cart') and every other month BebeThreads will send you a  package.  Each package features either one (Treat) or three (Boost) outfits from one of our global boutique designers. We hand-select the outfits to match your tastes (based on the Style Survey).  

 

WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO BUY ITEMS WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING?

Also simple! Simply select the items you'd like to purchase, check out as usual, and your clothes will be on their way.

 

GIVING A GIFT?

A subscription makes the perfect gift, especially for new parents! There are two easy ways to give a subscription:  you can either purchase a gift card or pre-pay for either 3 or 6 deliveries on behalf of the recipient.  We can either send them the Style Survey via email (please request this at checkout) or we can send one of our more popular outfits for their first package and provide them with a link to complete the Style Survey. 

 

WHAT IS IN EACH PACKAGE?
BebeThreads packages are shaped around outfits, such as babygrows, rompers, leggings, dresses or shortsuits (we don't offer accessories yet, but let us know if you'd be interested in this!). Please see 'our clothes' section for examples. We take pride in having the best selection of high quality, global babywear designers.  Our clothing is mostly organic and feature only clothes we'd be proud to dress our own babies in.
 
HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SEND?  WHAT IF MY BABY'S GROWTH RATE IS DIFFERENT?
Let us know your baby's size and birthday (using our Style Survey) at checkout and we'll automatically adjust the clothing sizes as needed based on baby's age.  Every baby is unique, so if your baby is in a size up or down, just let us know and we'll adjust your package accordingly.  If you're purchasing a gift, purchase in the initial size you'd like to send and we'll ask the parents to let us know Baby's birthday.  If we don't hear from them, we'll keep adjusting sizes up based on the length of their subscription.  

 

WHY DON'T YOU OFFER MY CHILD'S SIZE? 

Right now, we're focused on babywear (vs. kidswear).  To ensure you get the most benefit from our subscriptions, the largest size we accept first orders for is 12 - 18 months and the largest size we stock is 18 - 24 months.  We're constantly evaluating our assortment, though, so let us know if you'd like a larger size and we'll be sure to contact you as soon as we expand our offering!  

 

I JUST SUBSCRIBED!  WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

All our orders will be shipped between the 25th - 28th of the month (orders ship every other month).  Our first orders will ship between 25 - 28 April 2016.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.  You'll need to sign upon receipt.  If you haven't received your package within 7 days of receiving an email confirming it's been sent, please reach out to us from our contact page.

 

I'D LIKE TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PACKAGE - HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Simply log into your account (you can also access through the side navigation bar) and you can upgrade your subscription.  If it's not working or you have any questions, please get in touch using our contact page.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are able to ship internationally, the appropriate rate will be added at checkout.  The recipient will be responsible for duties and taxes.

 

I NEED TO RETURN AN OUTFIT!  HOW DO I DO THIS?

We work incredibly hard to source the absolute best boutique designers and tailor your packages to your profile, but we know that occasionally outfits simply won't be to your taste or won't quite fit your baby. If you need to exchange or return your package, please let us know within 14 days of receipt using our contact form.

We'll do our best to accommodate all exchange requests.  If you need to return your item,  we will refund your credit/debit card. (If the item was a gift, we'll issue you a store credit for the relevant amount.)  

For domestic orders, returns are free.  We'll send you a Royal Mail shipping label, which you will need to print, place on your package and send via your nearest Royal Mail office.  International orders need to pay for their own return shipment.

If you'd like to return a portion of the delivery, but not everything, that's fine too!  Send back what you didn't like and we'll either send you a different size of that same item or we'll refund you for that portion of the package cost.

 

CAN I DELAY MY SHIPMENT OR CHANGE WHERE I HAVE MY PACKAGE SENT?

By logging into your account (use the link found in our side navigation bar), you can delay a shipment to the next month, change your shipping address or switch to a different package.  

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We don't want to see you go!  You can cancel at any time by logging into your account (also accessible using the link in our side navigation bar) and selecting 'Manage my subscription.'  You can also contact us using our contact form.  We are always looking for feedback, so please do let us know what we could have done better!  If we've already sent out a shipment before we receive your cancellation notice, please see our returns policy above.  And - if you'd like to reactivate your subscription, you can do that from the same page!
